Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Drive channel sales growth by developing new franchisees and strengthening existing channel partnerships.
Manage and mentor multi-city channel sales teams to achieve business targets.
Ensure franchisee compliance with company policies and operational standards.




Identify recent business opportunities and expand the channel network.
Conduct training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales capabilities.
Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to improve business performance.
Ensure excellent customer experience, effective product visibility, and smooth day-to-day channel operations.

Eligibility:
✅ Graduation (MBA preferred)
✅ 8–10 years of experience in Channel Sales & Development, Sales, and Customer Relationship Management
✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in the Logistics/Express industry with strong expertise in Franchisee Management
