Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for senior-level IT positions, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality candidates.
- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent in the industry, leveraging various sourcing channels and tools.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide guidance on interviewing techniques, candidate evaluation, and offer negotiation.
- Analyze metrics to measure recruitment performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize results.

Job Requirements :

- 8-12 years of experience in corporate recruitment or technical recruitment within the IT services & consulting industry.
- Proven track record of successfully filling complex technical roles at a senior level.
- Solid understanding of IT recruitment trends, technologies, and industries; ability to stay up-to-date with market developments.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients (hiring managers) and internal stakeholders.
