Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Education Sales Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing them with complete course information, and ensuring a smooth enrollment experience.

Your primary goal will be to *convert inquiries into admissions* by building trust and offering the right guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from prospective students.
- Counsel students and working professionals on digital marketing courses, career opportunities, and the admission process.
- Follow up with leads, nurture relationships, and convert inquiries into confirmed enrollments.
- Help students select the right course based on their goals and interests.
- Maintain and update the student database,



track inquiries, and prepare regular conversion reports.
- Conduct walk-in consultations and deliver engaging course presentations.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to generate and convert leads effectively.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing to guide students accurately.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in any field (Marketing, Business, or related preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to handle multiple inquiries and maintain a positive attitude.
- 2+ years of experience in student counseling, sales, or customer service (EdTech preferred).
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is desirable.
