Screening the profiles as per the job specifications.
Conducting initial interviews of the candidates.
Arranging interviews and follow up
Handling the recruitment process of sourcing till joining of the candidate.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Educational qualification:
MBA (HR) freshers
- Professional skills: MS-word, MS-excel, MS-PowerPoint, smart usage of resources available on internet, excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Behavior skills : Problem solving, self-work prioritization,maintaining excellent professional relations with all the functional teams
