- Prior experience on working on any Capital Market transactions (IPO, QIP) will be preferred
- Having good understanding of ICDR, LODR, Financials statements, Companies Act
- Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding, deadline driven environment
- Valuable communication skills (oral and written) and project management capabilities
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and attention to detail
Responsibilities:
- Work on overall IPO program, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met across all workstreams.
- To support in review of critical, high risk deliverables ensuring consistency, standardization and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (bankers, counsels, auditors)
to drive seamless execution and information flow.
- Involved effectively in entire journey of capital market transaction.
- Oversee regulatory and compliance activities, including preparation and tracking of DRHP/RHP and due diligence requirements.
- Run governance and reporting mechanisms, delivering high-quality dashboards, risk updates, and leadership/Board materials.
- Identify and manage program risks and dependencies, ensuring proactive mitigation and readiness across finance, legal, and operational areas.
