About the Role

Fablar is looking for a Visual Designer to create clean, on-brand email templates and supporting visual assets for a subscription-based cybersecurity product's renewal and marketing campaigns. This person will design templates that are not only visually compelling but also built to convert and to render well across devices and inboxes.

Responsibilities

- Design responsive, mobile-friendly HTML email templates for renewal, promotional, and lifecycle campaigns
- Create a reusable template system or library to speed up campaign production
- Design supporting visual assets, including banners, icons, call-to-action buttons, and infographics
- Ensure designs align with both the client's and Fablar's brand guidelines
- Collaborate with the Content Writer to design layouts that support the copy hierarchy
- Test templates across major email clients, including Gmail, Outlook, and Apple Mail, for rendering consistency




- Optimize images and assets for rapid load times
- Iterate on designs based on performance data, such as click-through rate by template or layout

Requirements

- One to three or more years of experience in graphic or visual design, ideally within email or digital marketing design
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator
- Experience designing responsive HTML emails, or working with tools such as Stripo, BEE, or Unlayer
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color for digital marketing
- Basic understanding of email design constraints, including rendering quirks across email clients, image-to-text ratio, and alt text
- A portfolio is required

Nice to Have

- Basic HTML and CSS knowledge
- Experience designing for SaaS or technology brands
