- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial Automation, or related field).
- 1-8 years of experience in Technical Sales, Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineering, or Industrial Automation Sales.
- Prior experience working with Automotive OEMs or Auto-Component Manufacturers preferred.
- Experience with predictive maintenance or IIoT platforms is an added advantage.
- MBA or post-graduate qualification is a plus.
- Manage the complete technical sales cycle for CogniSense solutions.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in Automotive OEMs and Auto-Component manufacturing companies.
- Conduct client meetings, technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution discussions.
- Understand customer machinery, production lines, and maintenance challenges.
- Design and support Proof of Concept (PoC) and pilot deployments for customers.
- Prepare technical proposals, ROI reports, commercial quotations, and solution documentation.
- Coordinate with internal engineering and implementation teams for successful deployments.
- Build robust relationships with decision-makers including Plant Managers, Maintenance Heads, and Operations Teams.
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and manufacturing forums to represent the company.
- Maintain and manage a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Provide customer feedback and market insights to product and engineering teams.
