Job Summary:We are looking for dynamic and target-driven sales professionals to join our international telecom sales team for the AT&T; process. The candidate will be responsible for interacting with international customers, promoting telecom products/services, generating sales, and delivering excellent customer service while achieving revenue targets.

- Key Responsibilities:Contact potential customers in international markets (primarily US customers) through outbound/inbound calls.
- Promote and sell telecom products and services such as internet plans, mobile plans, bundled packages, upgrades, and add-on services offered by AT&T.;
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable plans/products.
- Handle customer objections and provide effective solutions to close sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in CRM systems.
- Follow company sales scripts, compliance guidelines, and quality standards.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional telecom services whenever applicable.




- Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on telecom products, pricing plans, and competitor offerings.
- Required Skills:Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Experience in international voice sales/BPO sales preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
- Ability to work in night shifts (US shift timings).
- Target-oriented mindset.
- Robust listening and problem-solving skills.
- Qualifications:Any graduate/undergraduate can apply.
- Prior experience in international sales/telecom sales is preferred but not mandatory.
