We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Telecaller – Personal Loan Sales executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Call customers from the company-provided database.
- Explain personal loan products and their perks.
- Understand customer requirements and convince eligible customers to apply for a personal loan.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers until the loan process is completed.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth document collection and file processing.
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

Requirements:

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Experience in telecalling or sales (Personal Loan/Banking/Financial products preferred).
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain customer records.
- Target-oriented approach with a positive attitude.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and close sales effectively.

Primary Goal:

Convert the provided leads into successful personal loan disbursements by effectively communicating with customers and ensuring complete follow-up throughout the loan process.
