Job DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Education Counselor to join our team. The candidate will guide students in selecting suitable language courses, explain course details, follow up with inquiries, and help students complete the admission process.

- Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel students about language courses.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Handle phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-in inquiries.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain student records in the CRM.
- Assist students throughout the admission process.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- RequirementsBachelor's degree in any discipline.




- 1–3 years of experience in education counseling, admissions, or inside sales preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable convincing and counseling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
