Business Development Executive (Field Sales) – ConvyFlow by Codely

We are looking for an energetic Business Development Executive to help grow ConvyFlow, our WhatsApp Business and Instagram messaging platform for small and medium businesses.

Responsibilities

- Visit businesses across Calicut to identify potential customers.
- Generate leads through field visits, calls and WhatsApp follow-ups.
- Qualify prospects and schedule product demos.
- Update all activities in Zoho CRM.
- Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
- Share customer feedback with the product team.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of field sales or B2B sales experience.
- Fluent in Malayalam with working English.
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable meeting business owners directly.

Compensation

- Fixed salary: ₹18,000–₹25,000/month.
