Job Title: Associate Program Manager – Learner Success & Program Operations

About the Role:

We're looking for a agile, learner-focused Associate Program Manager to manage end-to-end delivery of online education programs. You'll own the learner experience, drive engagement, resolve escalations, and coordinate with internal teams and university faculty to ensure a seamless learning journey for working professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle learner queries, escalations,



and support via email, tickets, and calls
- Coordinate inductions and ensure smooth delivery of live classes, assessments, and cohort activities
- Track attendance, completion, and satisfaction; act on at-risk learner signals
- Improve processes and report key program metrics (CSAT, NPS, completion rates)

Skills Required:

- Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred)
- Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Comfortable with LMS platforms, Zoom, Salesforce
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
