- Prepare and serve food as per company's recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and follow FSSAI/SOP guidelines.
- Ensure timely order preparation and excellent food presentation.
- Manage daily stock, FIFO, and inventory records.
- Control food cost, portion size, and minimize wastage.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and workstations.
- Support birthday parties, events, and high guest footfall operations.
- Coordinate with the service team for smooth kitchen operations.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a QSR, café, or restaurant.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation, hygiene, and inventory management.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive teamwork, communication, and multitasking skills.
