Job Opening: Digital Marketing Executive (Meta Ads)

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing real estate consulting firm.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, set up, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) lead generation campaigns
- Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce cost per lead
- Monitor campaign performance and maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
- Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and creative optimization
- Track campaign metrics and prepare performance reports
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversion
- Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads features and digital marketing trends

Requirements:

- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
- Proven experience in lead generation campaigns
- Solid understanding of campaign optimization and ROAS
- Analytical mindset with good reporting skills
- Experience in the real estate industry is preferred but not mandatory
