- Graduate (mandatory)
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience and currently employed
- Experience in Home Loans (HL), Loan Against Property (LAP), Mortgage, or Lending products through open market/field/direct sales
- Valuable CIBIL score
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of less than 30 days preferred
Role-Specific Requirements:
- Deputy Sales Manager (DSM):
- Minimum 1 year in the current organization
- Incentives earned in at least the last 6 months (mandatory)
- Senior Key Relationship Officer (SKRO) / Key Relationship Officer (KRO):
- Incentives earned in at least the last 3 months (mandatory)
