Female Retail Store Manager – Women’s Fashion Boutique

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Female Store Manager to lead our women’s fashion retail store.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle daily store operations smoothly
- Drive sales and achieve targets
- Manage staff and ensure excellent customer service
- Maintain visual merchandising & store presentation
- Handle billing, stock management & inventory control
- Build robust customer relationships and repeat clientele

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years experience in retail (fashion preferred)
- Strong communication and selling skills
- Leadership ability with a positive attitude
- Honest, dependable, and disciplined
- Basic knowledge of POS & inventory systems
- Well-groomed and confident personality

Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 + Incentives
