Job Descriptions: Puf-Panel Manufacturing (Operators/Supervisors)

Job Summary

The PUF Panel and Door Manufacturing Operator/Supervisor/ Executive/Manager is responsible for planning, supervising, and controlling the complete manufacturing process of insulated PUF panel & doors. The role ensures production targets, quality standards, safety compliance, and cost-effective operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily production activities of PUF panel & door manufacturing.
- Plan manpower allocation and monitor daily production schedules.
- Ensure manufacturing as per approved drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
- Supervise fabrication, panel cutting, door frame assembly, hardware installation, sealing, and finishing.
- Monitor bonding, insulation filling, and curing processes where applicable.
- Ensure correct installation of hinges, locks, handles, vision panels, closers, and gaskets.
- Verify dimensions, squareness, alignment, and surface finish before dispatch.
- Coordinate with Quality, Planning, Purchase, and Stores departments.
- Monitor machine utilization and minimize production downtime.
- Maintain production records,



daily reports, rejection reports, and productivity data.
- Ensure preventive maintenance of manufacturing equipment and tools.
- Ensure continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and PPE usage.
- Train operators and recent employees on manufacturing procedures and quality standards.
- Control material wastage and improve production efficiency.

Qualifications

- Experienced Graduate /Bachelor's degree./ B.E. or Diploma in Mechanical, Production preferred,

Experience

- 5+years in PUF panel, insulated panel, cold room door, clean room, refrigeration, prefab, or related manufacturing.
- Experience with PU foaming, lamination, CNC cutting, panel assembly, and door manufacturing is preferred.

Preferred Industry Experience

- HVAC & Clean Room Systems
