We are looking for a creative and organized Social Media & Podcast Manager who can manage our complete social media presence while taking ownership of podcast planning, publishing, and promotion.

- Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management Plan and execute content strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Create and manage monthly content calendars.
- Coordinate with video editors, graphic designers, and content writers.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, titles, and thumbnails.
- Monitor social media trends and implement new content ideas.
- Grow followers, engagement, reach, and brand awareness organically.
- Track analytics and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Podcast ManagementPlan podcast schedules and coordinate recordings with guests and internal teams.
- Ensure smooth execution of podcast shoots.
- Manage end-to-end publishing on YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and other platforms.
- Work with editors to create teasers, reels, shorts, and promotional content from podcast episodes.
- Optimize podcast titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and SEO for maximum reach.




- Monitor podcast performance and suggest improvements for audience growth.

- Required SkillsMinimum 2 years of experience in Social Media Management, Podcast Management, or Digital Marketing.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and podcast platforms.
- Experience with content planning, storytelling, and audience engagement.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage deadlines.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and content performance metrics.
- Basic understanding of AI tools like ChatGPT, Canva AI, or similar tools is an added advantage.

- Preferred QualificationsExperience working with Personal Brands, Coaches, Educators, or EdTech companies.
- Understanding of YouTube SEO and podcast distribution.
- Experience in managing content production workflows.
