We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Deputy General Manager (DGM) – Sales to lead sales operations, drive revenue growth, and build high-performing sales teams. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate sales, team leadership, business development, and strategic planning.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

· Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

· Lead and mentor Sales Managers, Team Leaders, and Sales Executives.

· Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.

· Build strong relationships with developers, channel partners, and key clients.

· Monitor sales pipelines, conversions, forecasts, and business performance.

· Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, and Pre-Sales teams to improve lead conversion.





· Handle high-value client negotiations and ensure successful deal closures.

· Recruit, train, and retain high-performing sales professionals.

· Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies.

· Prepare MIS reports and present business performance to senior management.

Requirements:

· 4-6 years of experience in real estate sales.

· Minimum 3 years in a leadership role.

· Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.

· Strong leadership, negotiation, and business development skills.

· Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making abilities.

· Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Excel, and sales reporting tools.

Eligibility:

· Bachelor's Degree in Business, or a related field.
