Position: Team Leader – Merchant Acquisition

Location: Kota & Across Rajasthan

Salary: Up to ₹28,000 per month (Based on experience)

- Eligibility CriteriaQualification: Minimum 12th Pass
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Merchant Acquisition or Team Handling.
- Candidates with experience in Airtel Payments Bank, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BharatPe, or similar fintech/payment companies will be preferred.
- Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the Merchant Acquisition team.
- Drive merchant onboarding and activation targets.
- Monitor daily team performance and ensure productivity.
- Support field executives in acquiring new merchants.
- Maintain robust relationships with merchants and resolve operational issues.
- Prepare daily and weekly performance reports.
- Ensure achievement of business KPIs and revenue targets.




- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth operations.
- Required SkillsStrong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of merchant onboarding processes and digital payment solutions.
- Ability to achieve sales and activation targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

- Any Digital Payment or FinTech Merchant Acquisition company
