Job Title: E-Commerce Executive (Amazon Apparel Specialist - Global Marketplaces)
Location: On-site (Surat, Gujarat)
Department: E-Commerce / Export Sales
Job Summary
We are looking for an on-site, data-driven E-Commerce Executive to manage and scale our fashion brand across both Amazon.in and Amazon.com. Operating entirely via Seller Central, you will handle parent-child apparel variations, coordinate local and international logistics (FBA & FBA Export), optimize global PPC campaigns, and adapt listing strategies to suit both Indian and US fashion buyers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Multi-Marketplace Catalog & Variation Management
Manage parent-child variations for complex clothing lines (sizes, colors, fits) via flat-files and variation wizards across Amazon.in and Amazon.com.
Optimize apparel listings using localised Amazon SEO (e.g., targeting regional Indian festive wear terms vs. US seasonal fashion terms).
Adapt measurement metrics on listing images and sizing charts to accurately match local standards (e.g., US size charts vs. Indian size charts) to minimize global return rates.
Maintain cross-border Brand Stores and A+ Content to reflect seasonal lookbooks aligned with local timelines (e.g., Diwali/Wedding season in India vs. Fall/Winter/Holiday season in the US).
2. Global PPC & Promotional Strategy
Execute high-ROI PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display) customised for the distinct bidding landscapes of Amazon.in and Amazon.com.
Manage advertising budgets to hit aggressive ACoS and ROAS targets across both marketplaces.
Strategise promotional calendars, alignment with global sales events like Prime Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday (US)
alongside Outstanding Indian Festival and Republic Day Sales (India).
3. Cross-Border Supply Chain & FBA Logistics
Coordinate domestic FBA shipments for Amazon.in and navigate international shipment compliance/documentation for Amazon.com FBA.
Forecast size-level inventory dynamically, considering distinct shipping lead times for domestic Indian warehouses versus US-bound customs and freight shipping.
Monitor Inventory Performance Index (IPI) scores on both accounts to optimise storage fees and prevent out-of-stock situations on high-demand apparel items.
4. Return Analysis & Account Health
Monitor global account health daily and quickly address policy warnings, Voice of the Customer (VoC) alerts, or intellectual property issues on either marketplace.
Analyse specific return data to fix repetitive fit issues
5. Analytics & Competitor Intelligence
Pull and synthesise reports from Amazon Business Reports and Brand Analytics to evaluate global sales velocities and profit margins.
Track price sensitivity and promotional activities of competing clothing brands in both the Indian and US e-commerce landscapes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years of direct experience managing Amazon Seller Central, with a proven track record handling both Amazon.in and Amazon.com.
Domain Knowledge: Prior experience in the Apparel/Textile sector, with strong knowledge of clothing size variations and seasonal fashion cycles.
Technical Skills: Expert in flat files, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
Work Arrangement: Willingness to work regular, full-time on-site hours at our office.
