Job description & Roles and Responsibilities

1. Understanding the scope of the work from CAD drawings

2. Preparing area statements

3. Optimizing aluminium & glass and prepare a BOQ for a typical area

4. Prepare a quote or sending the BOQ to estimation team

§ Preparing concept drawings during preparing BOQ

§ Preparing working drawings / shop drawings / fixing details

§ Once project is done, preparing as built drawings

5. On need basis, attend the sites before project finalisation

6. Need to closely work with site team and need to visit while executing the project

7. Need to associate the sales team during project finalisation

Technical Skills:

· Auto CAD with 3-5 yrs of hands-on experience in Facade Industry

· Experience in BMS, Inventor & Rivet

· Preferably from glass facades & construction lines
