- Operate injection moulding machines (80T–200T or as applicable)
- Perform mold loading/unloading and basic setting support
- Monitor production cycle time, rejection, and quality
- Handle raw material loading, drying, and colour mixing
- Ensure proper part finishing, trimming, and packing
- Identify basic machine faults and inform supervisor
- Maintain daily production records and machine logs
- Follow safety and housekeeping standards
Preferred Experience:
- 2–5 years in plastic injection moulding
- Experience with toy / FMCG / consumer plastic products preferred
- Familiarity with hydraulic & basic electrical issues is a plus
