Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide support.
- Resolve product-related issues and assist with claims or policy changes.
- Document interactions and escalate complex cases to appropriate departments.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups.

Job Details:

Location: Jaipur

Shift: Rotational Shift | 5 days a week (2 rotational off)

Both side Cab facility within 20Kms

Compensation: 32,000 -35,000 (CTC) + Incentives

Benefits: PF, ESIC, Group Insurance, Gratuity, and performance-based incentives

Eligibility Criteria:

6 Months-2 years of Experience in International Process Mandatory.

Undergraduate, Graduates, Post-Graduates with recognized university can apply.

Robust communication, selling, and problem-solving skills.
