As a Campaign Executive, you will be responsible for managing and sending Bulk SMS campaigns for our clients across the Middle East & African countries through our panel using Excel Sheets.

Key Responsibilities:

• SMS Campaign Execution: Set up, schedule, and launch Bulk SMS campaigns accurately, ensuring timely submission.

• Advanced Data Management: Use Excel to sort & filter large number data to ensure there are no errors before hitting "send."

• Performance Monitoring: Track the live status of every campaign to ensure proper delivery rates and fix any technical glitches immediately.

• Graphical Reporting: Create explicit visual reports (using charts and graphs) to show the sales team how well their campaigns performed.

• Detailed Excel Reporting: Maintain organized spreadsheets that track all campaign history, costs, and delivery outcomes.

• Email Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for the sales team, using email to confirm requirements and provide regular updates.

Requirements:

• Advanced Excel Expert

• Detail-Oriented: Able to spot small mistakes in large data files.

• Comfortable managing professional conversations via email.
