Job Role: Porter Field Onboarding Executive

Job Summary:

The Porter Onboarding Executive is responsible for recruiting and onboarding recent driver partners. They guide candidates through registration, document verification, app installation, and account activation while ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

- Key ResponsibilitiesContact and guide new driver/delivery partner candidates.
- Explain the benefits, earnings, and policies of the Porter platform.
- Verify required documents (Aadhaar, PAN, Driving Licence, RC, Insurance, etc.).
- Assist candidates with app registration and profile creation.
- Coordinate document verification and onboarding completion.
- Resolve onboarding-related queries and issues.
- Maintain accurate records of onboarding status.
- Follow up with candidates until they become active on the platform.
- Achieve daily and monthly onboarding targets.
- Required SkillsGood communication skills (Tamil; English/Hindi is an added advantage).
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.




- Customer handling and convincing skills.
- Attention to detail for document verification.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- EligibilityEducation: 12th Pass / Any Graduate.
- Experience: Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in customer service, recruitment, telecalling, or operations.
- Basic MS Office knowledge is preferred.
