- Candidate RequirementsFluency in the respective regional language is mandatory.
- Basic understanding of Hindi or English will be preferred.
- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary; graduates preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
- Experience in tele-collection, tele-calling, banking, NBFC, fintech or customer service will be an advantage.
- Candidates should have valuable communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on a dialler or CRM are required.
- Candidates must be comfortable working with collection targets.
- Job ResponsibilitiesCall customers regarding pending or overdue payments.
- Explain outstanding amounts, due dates and payment options.
- Obtain and record Promise-to-Pay commitments.
- Follow up on pending and broken payment commitments.
- Update all call outcomes and customer responses accurately in the system.
- Handle customers respectfully and professionally.
- Escalate disputes, complaints and vulnerable-customer cases to the Team Leader.
- Follow company, client and regulatory collection guidelines.
- Achieve assigned collection and productivity targets.
