Job Description – Store Manager (Ice Cream Parlour)Position: Store Manager

Industry: Hospitality / QSR / Ice Cream Parlour

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Duty Hours: 10 hours (including 1-hour break)

Weekly Off: Rotational (Monday to Thursday)

- Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Supervise and motivate the store team to achieve sales and service targets.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and hygiene.
- Handle inventory, stock control, cash management, and daily reporting.
- Ensure SOP compliance, staff scheduling, and operational efficiency.
- Candidate Requirements:Hospitality industry experience is mandatory.
- Prior experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in an ice cream brand/franchise such as Giani's, Baskin Robbins, Polar Bear, Naturals, Ibaco, Cream Stone, or similar is preferred.
- Robust leadership, team management, and customer handling skills.
- Good communication and basic computer knowledge.
