? Job Role: Telecalling Executive

? Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹45,000 (Fixed: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 + Performance-Based Incentives: Up to ₹10,000)

? Eligibility: 12th Pass or Above | Freshers Can Apply | Female Candidates Only

?️ Language Requirement: Hindi & English & TAMIL & TELGU $ KANNAD communication is mandatory.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Call prospective customers from the company CRM database.

• Explain The Holidays Club membership plans and perks professionally.

• Build rapport with customers and handle their queries confidently.

• Convince interested families to attend meetings and generate quality conversions.





• Update CRM with accurate call status, follow-up details, and customer responses.

• Use the company's calling application for daily calling activities.

• Work closely with Team Leaders and the Operations team to achieve targets.

• Maintain professional communication and provide an excellent customer experience.
