Artist & Operations Manager

Location: Mulund (Mumbai) - Work From Office

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and trustworthy qualified to work directly with singer Vicky D Parekh.

This role includes artist management, live event execution, business coordination, digital music operations, and day-to-day administrative support. We are looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career in the music and entertainment industry.

Responsibilities

- Manage artist's calendar and daily schedule.
- Coordinate live shows, corporate events, and bookings.
- Handle client communication and follow-ups.
- Coordinate YouTube, audio streaming platforms, and music releases.
- Manage PR, collaborations, and media communication.
- Coordinate travel, hotels, and event logistics.
- Maintain Google Sheets, reports, and documentation.
- Basic Banking Work, GST and Invoice Management




- Work closely with the artist to ensure smooth execution of all projects.

Requirements

- Excellent communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Willingness to travel for events when required.
- Honest, responsible, and committed to long-term growth.

Job Details

- Location: First Preference Mulund, And Then Thane, Bhandup, Kalyan, Mumbai Or Nearby THis Locations (Work From Office)
- Salary: ₹25,000 to 35000 per month Depends On Experience
- Training: 15 Days (The Performance During The Training Period Will Be Evaluated)
- Probation: 3 months
- Confirmation Based On Performance
- Office Timing: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
