Salon Manager – Men's Hair Replacement Center

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Salon Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our premium men's hair replacement center in Dwarka.

The ideal candidate should be confident in dealing with customers, understanding their requirements, explaining different hair solutions and products, handling sales and billing, managing inventory and supervising staff( training will be provided by the company).

Experience in a salon, men's grooming center, hair studio, beauty/wellness center or retail customer-service environment will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle walk-in and appointment-based customers professionally.
- Understand customers' hair and grooming requirements and recommend suitable hair replacement solutions.
- Show customers different types of hair patches and explain their differences in terms of hair quality, base material, appearance, durability and maintenance.
- Explain the correct use of hair replacement products and accessories such as tapes, glue, solvents, cleaners and maintenance products.
- Assist customers in selecting the right products according to their requirements and budget.
- Handle product sales and generate invoices/bills.
- Maintain daily sales records and customer records.
- Manage inventory, stock counting, stock inward/outward and timely reordering.
- Ensure products and the center are properly displayed and maintained.




- Supervise salon/center staff and allocate daily responsibilities.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, discipline and performance.
- Handle customer queries, complaints and after-sales issues.
- Ensure a high-quality customer experience and maintain professional standards at the center.
- Coordinate with the owner/management regarding sales, inventory, staff and daily operations.
- Achieve monthly sales and operational targets.

Candidate Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience as a Salon Manager, Salon Supervisor, Store Manager, Beauty Center Manager, Men's Grooming Manager or similar role.
- Excellent customer-handling and communication skills.
- Good sales and upselling ability.
- Comfortable explaining products and services to customers.
- Basic knowledge of billing and inventory management.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to manage and supervise staff.
- Presentable, confident and professional personality.
- Willingness to learn about hair replacement products and techniques.

Salary

₹18000 – ₹20000 per month + performance incentives

Salary will depend on experience and suitability.

Important

This is a customer-facing managerial position. The candidate should be comfortable personally dealing with customers, explaining products, making recommendations and contributing to sales — this is not a purely administrative manager role.
