Fashion Designer Required – Rozy Ethnic (Surat)

We are looking for a Fashion Designer with 2–3 years of experience in the women’s ethnic wear industry.

Experience Required:

- 2–3 years in ethnic wear design
- Must have experience in designing Kurtis, 3-Piece Suit Sets, Short Kurtas, Co-ord Sets, and other trendy ethnic styles

Responsibilities:

- Research and create new, trend-driven ethnic wear collections
- Develop stylish silhouettes, prints, and garment details
- Prepare design sketches and coordinate with the Masterji for pattern development and sampling
- Ensure proper fitting, styling, and production execution
- Stay updated with the latest fashion trends and market demands

Requirements:

- Solid knowledge of fabrics, fits, and garment construction
- Creative and trend-focused design approach
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and meet collection deadlines
