Key Responsibilities
- Installation & Setup: Deliver, assemble, and commission current machinery or hardware systems at customer locations.
- Diagnostics & Repair: Troubleshoot complex electrical, mechanical, or software failures and replace broken parts.
- Preventive Maintenance: Run routine checks and scheduled inspections to stop unexpected breakdowns.
- Customer Training: Teach clients and on-site staff how to operate and care for equipment safely.
- Documentation: Write detailed service logs, maintenance reports, and parts requests after each visit.
