Job Title: Telecaller (Outbound)

Company: AVSF Aviation Academy

Location: First Floor, Modi Heights, Near Sudarshan Palace Hotel, Zone-II, Maharana Pratap Nagar, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh – 462011

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹16,000 per month (based on performance & experience)

Office Timing: 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Training Period: 1 to 3 days (Unpaid)

Training Timing: 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM

Eligibility: Freshers & Experienced both can apply

Roles & Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential students

Provide information about courses and services

Invite students for counselling sessions

Maintain daily call records and follow-ups

Achieve weekly/monthly targets

Handle basic studetns queries professionally

Maintain good communication and student relationship

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass or above

Good communication skills (Hindi/English)

Basic calling and convincing skills

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
