We're Hiring: Civil Engineer (High-Rise Residential Projects)

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with proven experience in high-rise residential construction projects for our Hoskote Project.

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Civil Engineering is mandatory

Requirements:

- Experience in high-rise residential project execution
- Strong knowledge of site execution, quality,
- Good understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and project planning.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
- Experience in preparing and verifying contractor billing and measurement sheets.
- Prepare and verify quantity estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
- Verify contractor running account (RA) bills and final bills as per work executed.




- Cross-check measurements with site records and approved BOQs.
- Finalize contractor bills in coordination with the project, billing, and QS teams.
- Ensure all billing is accurate and complies with contract terms and project specifications.
- Maintain proper documentation of measurements, billing records, and payment certifications.
- Coordinate with contractors to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely bill processing.
- Robust problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Immediate joiners are preferred
