Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand customers' financial goals and recommend suitable financial products.
Generate leads through referrals, networking, and field activities.
Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
Provide excellent customer service before and after sales.
Maintain accurate client records and follow up on pending cases.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of applications.
Stay updated on financial products,
market trends, and company offerings.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
6 months to 3 years of experience in sales, banking, insurance, NBFC, or financial services.
Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude are welcome to apply.
