Job Summary Adstalk Media is looking for a YouTube SEO Expert with strong expertise in growing YouTube channels organically. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in YouTube search optimization, keyword research, content strategy, audience growth, and performance analytics.

- Key Responsibilities Develop and execute YouTube SEO strategies to increase video visibility and organic growth.
- Conduct keyword research using YouTube Search, Google Trends, TubeBuddy, and vidIQ.
- Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, hashtags, thumbnails, chapters, playlists, cards, and end screens.
- Improve Click-Through Rate (CTR), Watch Time, Audience Retention, and Subscriber Growth.
- Monitor YouTube Analytics and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.




- Analyze competitors and identify opportunities to improve channel performance.
- Collaborate with content writers, video editors, and designers to maximize organic reach.
- Stay updated with YouTube algorithm changes, SEO best practices, and industry trends.
- Requirements 2–5 years of experience in YouTube SEO.
- Robust knowledge of the YouTube algorithm and ranking factors.
- Hands-on experience with YouTube Studio, YouTube Analytics, TubeBuddy, vidIQ, Google Trends.
- Strong understanding of YouTube keyword research and search intent.
- Experience with Business, Finance, News, or Media YouTube channels is preferred.
