Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, requirements, and budget.
- Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and material selections.
- Create detailed drawings, specifications, and 3D renderings.
- Oversee the implementation of design projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Source and select furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E;).
- Communicate effectively with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in interior design.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent spatial planning, color theory, and material knowledge.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating beautiful and functional spaces.
