Position: Full-Time AI Video Editor

Location: Kudasan, Gandhinagar (Work from Office)

Reporting To: Shilpa Chauhan – Life & Parenting Coach

About Us

Shilp Inspiring Institute is on a mission to transform lives through Life Coaching, Parenting Education, Teacher Training, and Personal Growth. We are looking for a creative Video Editor who can combine storytelling with AI-powered content creation to build impactful digital content.

Key Responsibilities

* Edit high-quality Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube videos, podcasts, and course content.

* Create engaging videos using AI tools and professional editing software.

* Add captions, subtitles, animations, transitions, sound effects, and background music.

* Design motion graphics and thumbnails for social media.

* Generate AI voiceovers, AI visuals, and AI B-roll when required.

* Maintain brand consistency across all video content.

* Organize and manage video assets efficiently.

* Deliver projects within deadlines while maintaining high quality.

* Stay updated with the latest AI video trends and editing techniques.

Required Skills

* 1–3 years of experience in video editing.

* Robust command of Adobe Premiere Pro.





* Knowledge of After Effects.

* Experience with CapCut Pro.

* Experience using AI tools such as Runway, Kling AI, Veo, Pika, Descript, ElevenLabs, ChatGPT, Canva AI, or similar tools.

* Understanding of storytelling, pacing, and social media content.

* Basic color grading and audio editing skills.

* Strong creativity and attention to detail.

Qualification

* Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

* Diploma or certification in Video Editing, Multimedia, Animation, or Film is an advantage.

* Portfolio of previous editing work is mandatory.

₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on skills, portfolio, and experience.)
