• The role often involves a structured one-year training program focusing on manufacturing operations and production processes.
• Assisting in daily production activities, monitoring workflow and understanding the assembly of components. Site handling on client location. conduct TBT and manpower handling
• Understanding of engineering drawings, welding techniques and material properties. Quality Manganate and Control , Drafting/design on Cad software
• Solid mechanical aptitude, hands-on interest, and ability to troubleshoot
