Job Title: Collection Field Executive

Job Summary

The Collection Field Executive is responsible for recovering overdue loan payments through field visits, customer interactions, and follow-up activities. The role requires maintaining professional customer relationships while ensuring timely collections, reducing delinquency, and adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

· Visit customers at their residence, business, or workplace for collection and recovery of overdue loan instalments.

· Follow proper trails and Visit photos policy.

· Deposition of all cash collection on same day.

· Follow up with delinquent customers and encourage timely repayments.

· Negotiate repayment plans within company guidelines.

· Achieve assigned collection and recovery targets.

· Maintain professional and respectful communication with customers.





· Address customer concerns and escalate unresolved issues to supervisors.

· Conduct daily field visits as per allocated portfolio.

· Deposit collected payments as per company procedures.

· Report fraud, skip cases, or high-risk accounts to the supervisors.

· Avoid any unethical, coercive, or unauthorized collection methods.

Required Qualifications/Skills

· Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

· 0–3 years of experience in loan collection, recovery, sales, or field operations.

· Freshers with solid communication skills may also apply.

· Two Wheeler with valid licences and Smartphone is mandatory.

· Knowledge of local geography and routes.

· Ability to work independently in the field.

· Ability to work under target-driven environments.
