Key Responsibilities;
Therapy Support.
Prepare therapy rooms before each session.
Arrange and organize therapy materials, toys, sensory equipment, and learning aids.
Assist therapists during Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Special Education sessions as instructed.
Support children during therapy activities while maintaining their comfort and safety.
Help with transitions between therapy sessions and activities.
Reinforce therapy activities under the supervision of licensed therapists.
Encourage children's participation through positive motivation and engagement.
Clinical SupportMaintain cleanliness and hygiene of therapy rooms and equipment.
Disinfect therapy materials according to infection-control guidelines.
Monitor inventory of therapy materials and report shortages.
Assist in preparing therapy resources, worksheets, visual supports, and activity kits.
Record attendance and basic session observations when required.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
Child & Parent SupportWelcome children and parents professionally.
Assist children in settling into therapy sessions.
Guide parents regarding waiting areas and appointment procedures.
Build positive relationships with children while maintaining professional boundaries.
Administrative Support;
Help maintain therapy schedules.
Organize patient files and therapy documentation.
Assist in preparing reports and therapy materials.
Support clinic events, awareness programs, workshops, and screening camps when required.
Required Skills;

Ability to follow therapist instructions accurately.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Workspace, WhatsApp).
QualificationsPreferred:Graduate in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Occupational Therapy, Speech & Hearing, Physiotherapy, Nursing, or any Life Sciences discipline.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Prior experience working with children is an added advantage.

Working Environment;
The Therapy Assistant will work alongside Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Special Educators in a collaborative, child-centered rehabilitation setting. The role involves active interaction with children, participation in therapy sessions, and assisting therapists in providing high-quality rehabilitation services.
