Site Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day site execution, ensure quality workmanship, monitor project progress, coordinate with contractors and vendors, and ensure timely completion of projects in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day site execution and monitor work progress.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, BOQ, and specifications.
- Conduct site measurements, inspections, and quality checks.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project timelines and report daily progress.
- Verify material receipt, usage, and workmanship quality.
- Identify and resolve site issues proactively.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company SOPs.




- Maintain complete site documentation, reports, and photographs.
- Support project handover and closure activities.
- Desired SkillsKnowledge of civil/interior construction and site execution.
- Ability to read technical drawings and BOQs.
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Solid communication and reporting abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic project documentation.

Qualification

- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Experience1–5 years of experience in interior fit-outs, construction, or residential/commercial project execution.
