- Monitor campaign KPIs, productivity, trial delivery, consumer conversions, and business performance.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve outcomes.
- Consumer & Customer Engagement
- Ensure excellent consumer experience through effective demonstrations, objection handling, and engagement activities.
- Maintain high conversion standards and strengthen brand presence in the market.
- Operational Excellence
- Ensure accurate reporting,



stock reconciliation, logistics coordination, and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor inventory, POSM utilization, and material reconciliation.
- Distributor & Agency Management
- Coordinate with distributors, agencies, and cross-functional teams for smooth execution.
- Manage agency performance, claims, audits, payment follow-ups, and compliance requirements.
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze market performance, productivity reports, scorecards, dashboards, and campaign effectiveness.
- Submit timely MIS reports and present business reviews with actionable insights.
- Compliance & Governance
- Ensure adherence to company policies, audit standards, stewardship guidelines, and operational controls.
- Maintain complete documentation and compliance across all business activities.
- Stakeholder Management
