2. Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for residential and commercial projects.
3. Estimate project costs for materials, labor, and equipment.
4. Prepare and monitor project budgets and cost reports.

6. Prepare client bills, RA bills, and final bills.
7. Coordinate with engineers, architects, suppliers, and site teams.
8. Monitor material usage and control construction costs.
9. Assist in procurement and material purchase activities.
10. Maintain billing records, variation reports, and project documents.
11. Conduct site inspections to track project progress and quality.
12. Use software such as Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and CostX for estimation, quantity takeoff, and billing work.
