Field Service Engineer (IT Hardware)

Required Technical Skills:·

Hardware Setup: Assembling & Repairing of Desktops, Laptops Servers Repairing at client locations.

Laptops: Keypad,Screen,Hinge replacement in Laptops

OS: Win 11 Pro,Win Srv 22,Linux

· Mail & Support: Handle advanced MS Outlook configurations, profile setups, and resolve PST/OST or Exchange mail flow issues and handel M365 & Gmail support

· Storage & Data Protection: Configure basic backup software and configure & trouble shooting of Antivirus with Internet Security both end point & Server client module.

· Networking: Workrgoup Sharing & Assist in basic LAN/WAN network setups, Router Configuration with load balancing & Failover,IO & RJ45 crimping

Required Qualifications & Experience:·

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a Diploma in Computer Hardware & Networking.

· Experience: 0 to 4 years of proven field experience working as a Hardware Engineer,

· Certifications (Preferred): CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or foundational certifications in Windows Server/Linux administration.

Salary – 25000 to 32000 per month, Incentive aprox 3000
