Key Responsibilities

* Counsel students and understand their academic and career goals.

* Provide detailed information about the company's online courses and learning programs.

* Guide students in selecting the most suitable course based on their interests and educational background.

* Follow up with prospective students and address their queries professionally.

* Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.

* Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions.





* Achieve counseling and enrollment targets while ensuring a high-quality student experience.

Required Skills

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong academic knowledge and the ability to explain educational programs clearly.

* Valuable interpersonal and counseling skills.

* Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, and internet).

* Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.

* Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Eligibility

* Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

* Freshers are welcome to apply.

* Candidates with experience in academic counseling, admissions, or education sales will have an added advantage.
