Job Role: Career Counselor / Admission Counselor

Job SummaryAIIC Global is looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and result-oriented Career Counselor to guide students and job seekers in choosing suitable career opportunities. The candidate will be responsible for handling enquiries, explaining training programs, conducting counseling sessions, following up with interested candidates, and supporting the admission process.

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle student and candidate enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins.
- Understand candidates’ education, skills, interests, and career goals.
- Explain AIIC Global’s training programs and career opportunities.
- Provide guidance regarding career options in Airport, Banking, Railway, Marine, Software, and other premium sectors.
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions.
- Follow up with interested candidates and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain daily records of calls, enquiries, appointments, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Achieve assigned monthly admission and counseling targets.
- Coordinate with the training, placement, and management teams.
- Support candidates throughout the admission and joining process.
- Maintain professional communication and build positive relationships with candidates and parents.
- Attend team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Required QualificationsAny Degree / Diploma / Plus Two




- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Knowledge of Malayalam will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Positive presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Preferred SkillsConfidence in speaking with students and parents.
- Strong follow-up and convincing ability.
- Ability to achieve targets.
- Positive attitude and teamwork.
- Good time-management and organizational skills.
- Experience in education counseling, admissions, telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred.
