Job Purpose

We are looking for a Store Supervisor to manage daily store operations, coordinate order execution, ensure smooth deliveries, and provide excellent customer service by coordinating with customers and internal teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store and showroom.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams for smooth order execution.
- Ensure orders are ready before delivery and coordinate delivery schedules.
- Coordinate post-delivery service and resolve customer concerns with the concerned team.
- Maintain stock records and ensure proper inventory management.
- Keep customer, order, and delivery records updated.




- Submit daily operational reports to the reporting manager.

Required Skills

- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Email.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused and responsible.

Eligibility

Education

Graduate in any stream.

Experience

- 2–4 years of experience in Store Operations, Retail, Inventory, or Customer Service.
- Experience in furniture, interiors, or home furnishing will be an added advantage.
