Job Title: Interior Engineer Site Supervisor

Job Summary

The Interior Supervisor oversees all interior finishing works on site, ensuring high-quality execution in line with approved drawings, specifications, timelines, and safety standards. This role involves coordinating with contractors, designers, and project managers to deliver interiors that meet design intent and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day interior works including finishes, fit-outs, carpentry, flooring, ceilings, painting, and MEP coordination
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, material specifications, and quality standards
- Coordinate with interior designers, architects, consultants, and subcontractors
- Monitor work progress and report site status to the Project Manager
- Inspect materials delivered to site for quality and compliance
- Conduct regular quality checks and snag lists; ensure timely rectification
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and site regulations




- Manage interior subcontractors and labor teams
- Assist in site measurements, mock-ups, and sample approvals
- Resolve in office technical or execution issues related to interiors

Requirements & Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- 3–7 years of experience in interior fit-out or finishing works
- Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and installation methods
- Good communication and coordination skills
